The city of Sinaw was distinguished by an economic renaissance in the prosperous and auspicious era, in continuation of its pioneering commercial role in the region, taking advantage of its location on the caravan route and linking it between the interior of Oman and the central and southern regions of the Sultanate. Nowadays, Sinaw Market is the second largest traditional market in Oman after Nizwa Market. When we proposed the idea of establishing a private investment company, we found a great welcome from the people of Sinaw, which reflects an advanced economic awareness. With the synergy of the partners’ efforts, we were able to overcome many of the obstacles of the beginning to reach this day when we celebrate the official launch of Sinaw Investment Company.
The partners planned to establish a company that has financial weight and positive social impact on the community in the city of Sinaw. They identified the most prominent areas of investment in which the company will start its projects. They are very optimistic about the lofty directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq - may God protect him - to empower the governorates and move towards decentralization and encourage adding local value to the various sustainable projects, and they are determined to implement those lofty directives.
